In the building business, management issues are diverse. We manage employees in the office as well as those at various job sites in different locations. Additionally, we must manage trades people who are not employees but whose work we are responsible for and whom we do hire and fire. Hiring, firing, directing, motivating, problem solving, and coaching teams of differing backgrounds and responsibilites is a challenge. In this course, we will look at personnel strategies for managing our most valuable resources, our people.
