Management Experience Required- 5 years
Skills Required- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products & general computer knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred – Construction Management
Duties & Job Responsibilities-

Study and understand drawings, specifications, and contractual agreements with clients to plan & schedule for all phases of construction. Coordinate and manage trade partner work and suppliers in order to ensure budgets are met. Coordinate and manage trade partner work and suppliers in proper sequence while maintaining the expected schedule. Understand and enforce the company safety policies in accordance with OSHA and also by establishing a culture that stresses safety on the job. Exhibit competency with regards to all aspects of construction projects. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship and materials conform to specifications and adherence to construction schedules. Work with interior designer(s) as applicable to facilitate client requests and selections. Prepare and/or review reports on progress, job budgets, payment applications, punch lists, job logs, and input data as required into the software management system.
Salary- $55,000 – $75,000 per year based on education & experience.
