What to expect of the 2017 Parade of Homes

Many of the homes on tour boast a ‘Mountain Modern’ style, a mix of clean lines with native materials and soft colors. Large windows bring the outside in and take full advantage of the long range views that are beautifully accentuated through simple design choices.

Green features that help you save on utilities continue to be a popular feature for this years Parade.
