AFFORDABLE HOUSING SERVICES PROGRAM
Buncombe County will begin accepting applications from qualified housing agencies and organizations to administer and deliver eligible affordable housing projects with funds provided under the Buncombe County Affordable Housing Services Program (AHSP) on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. Applicants must be capable of delivering proposed projects in accordance with Buncombe County AHSP guidelines and requirements.
In FY2020, the Affordable Housing Services Program application must be submitted electronically. Paper submittals will no longer be accepted. The application packet is available at www.buncombecounty.org/apply. The program description, requirements and guidelines will be available for download during the application entry process.
The application process requires establishment of a login through our Buncombe County grants interface online program. If your organization has entered an application through the Buncombe County grants interface previously, you should have an existing account you will be able to use. If your organization has not entered an application through the Buncombe County grants interface previously, you will need to create a new account.
